From the day you first walk to our show rooms, inspect the vehicles, make your selections and reserve you choice, right up until they the wedding is over and the cars have returned be prepared for there next adventure. Organizing the appropriate documentations to ensure all the details of you wedding day are correct, remaining in contact with you right up to discussing the final arrangements a few days before the wedding to ensure all is well.

Our friendly and attentive chauffeurs have all had the appropriate training enabling them to offer that impeccable service that is required on the day of the wedding. Attention to detail is not all that is required, when the cars arrive, it is time to leave for the ceremony. The chauffeurs understand that or clients can be a little nervous and need to be re-assured and are made feel comfortable and relaxed as possible.

It is the wedding day and everything is in order; you are ready! You have something old, something new and not forgetting something blue. The cars are out the front gleaming, dressed with white satin ribbons. Dad is still fiddling with his button-hole flower, the photographer is still running around barking out orders: "stand here, do that". The flower girl is sitting on the front step with her mother. Mum is already gone, then the head bridesmaid calls: LET'S GO"

The chauffeurs go to work; one opens a door while another holds flowers, the first bridesmaid steps in and sits down while the chauffeur adjusts the dress and prepares for the next in line. There are only three drivers but they seem to be everywhere! The bride stands patiently and waits to be placed in last of all. Look out! The flower girl has run off, "she is a cutie" the chauffeur calls, as he catches her and places her in the vehicle.

We are ready for the bride! While the bridesmaids are there to assist the bride the chauffeurs will stand aside if that is the brides wishes. However there is a way to place a bride and her gown in and out of a vehicle and the chauffeurs are very experienced in keeping it all in place. The bride is seated and comfortable; now for Dad! It is time to leave and the chauffeurs take a slow and steady drive to the place of the ceremony.

As a point of interest our vehicles will always arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time to allow the bridal party time to be seated comfortably and no one is rushed.

The trimmings! All Silver Cloud Wedding Car chauffeurs are fully uniformed and the vehicles are completely detailed for your wedding day. They come equipped with Champagne and cold water, or any type of refreshments can be made available for you, just ask! Something to snack on? Sure! Anything with in our power.

The red carpet is always ready and placed at the brides door to protect the gown when she alights. Just in case - the accessory pack includes thread and needles, tissues, band-aids and yes we do carry umbrellas.
